What's up guys and gals?! It's my first blog back in the California sunshine and I'm featuring an Italian fashion company that is making some exceptionally unique clothing - Animapop!
Now I've worked with Animapop before through another company, so when they reached out to me to blog their line for their new season, I jumped at the opportunity. They are most well-known for their neoprene reversable pieces (which I'll be showing off on the blog later) but they also make some stunning dresses like this one! The bold floral cherry blossom pattern emblazoned across this wrap dress is a quintessential part of Animapop's nature-themed season, which also features woodgrain-like patterns, more florals, beach motifs and the like.
This dress is the classic wrap-dress cut, popularized by Diane Von Furstenberg in the 1970s. It's the one cut that is truely flattering to every figure - the tie at the waist allows you to synch the dress in as tight as you can, whilst letting the skirt flow outwards to create an hourglass shape. The v-neck accentuates the bossom and the 3/4 length sleeves serve to keep the dress more modest (and cover up any problem areas you may have with the upper arms!)
I've paired this dress with my stunning new pair of Kurt Geiger heels, which were my one big splurge purchase while I was in the U.K. It's amazing what a pair of really well made heels does for your legs! I'm madly in love with the ombre effect, and seeing as how I've already worn these beauties 5 or so times, I'd say they're already a great investment!
Thanks for reading and I hope you liked the blog! Links to everything are below, as always! See you next time!

P.s. How cute is my pup Jasmine?!
