~Canary Yellow~













What's up guys and gals?!

Today's post features a lovely, demure dress courtesy of Hybrid Fashion! This midi dress with its' Bardot neckline really hits all of the current dress trends, whilst the canary yellow keeps the whole ensemble looking fresh and vibrant! I'm also really fond of the bold zipper detail on the back of the dress, which gives an extra bit of va-va-voom. I love that bright colors are back in this season; I've always been a proponent of them, and now the fashion industry is on my side! Exciting!

This outfit also showcases two different jewelry companies - Earrings & Stuff and New Mermaid! Normally I wouldn't feature two jewelry companies in the same post, but each of these companies brought something really special to the table. Earrings & Stuff is a small, Canada-based company who sent me this dazzling princess necklace. I've tied the chain up in the back so it serves as a diamond choker of sorts, but you can definitely wear this necklace at a standard necklace length.

And where Earrings & Stuff is a great place for getting the more modern bling, New Mermaid serves up some fantastic true vintage! With an ever-changing, unique inventory, New Mermaid, who sent me these stunning 1960's blue lucite center button style earrings, will surely have something retro to suite every style! I've finished off the look with my barely-there, strappy heels from Missguided, which conveniently go with just about anything, and my perfect-for-any-look clutch from Nicole Lee!
