Today's post features my very first subscription clothing box, courtesy of Square Hearts! A little more about them before we dive into the outfit: they advertise premium clothes, accessories and beauty delivered monthly with free shipping. The box contains $200 worth of merch for $49 monthly, which I think is a phenominal deal!
As soon as I opened the box I knew I was going to be happy with it. I got such a great festival vibe from the contents! The shredded short shorts are one of the pieces I will wear all summer; high waisted, frayed, ripped, and right on trend. I tied the white dream catcher-inspired sleeveless tank top into a knot at the front to make it a crop. It could be worn untied, as a beach cover up or with yoga clothes at the gym, to showcase the curved hem, but I prefer a more fitted summer top over a flowy one.
I am loving this layered/tiered necklace with its natural crystals, it's really boho-chic! It's perfect for this outfit but could also be worn with a LBD! I also used my new favorite iPhone case, the AURA case from ZGLA, because no look is complete without a little modern-day bling, amiright?!
The box also contained this terrifically versatile sweater/shawl. I haven't seen it since photo day because my mom claimed it as her own, though I think if I asked nicely she would likely share it with me (maybe haha)! The box also contained some temporary tatoos as well as some Swedish mineral make up, which didn't quite go with the purple theme I was going for on this particular day, but was fun to play with none-the-less!
I tied this outfit together with some tropical print embellished platform sandles from Nicole Lee and headed outdoors to hang out by the swimming pool!
